
Yoga Touch
This course is about learning the first steps in the Yoga practise. Here you will find out if you have chosen the Yoga form and the Yoga teacher which are right for you. The Suryanamaskara (greeting the sun) A+B will be exercised and developed precisely - with fun, of course.
Yoga Heat
The (Ujai) breathing and the (Bandhas) locks, as they belong to Astanga Yoga, are developed in three separate training units. Learning how to synchronize breathing and movement and to train the Bandhas in your body, promotes a good heat, good circulation of the blood and a healing, deep Yoga practise.
Yoga Balance
In this course you will learn the Standing Asanas. The first three courses are united here and you will experience a heating, healing and challenging Yoga practise.
Astanga Spirit (Yoga Chikitsa)
In this course some seated Asanas join your schedule. The Yoga practise ends with a series in which you lie down. Your Yoga practise becomes one exciting, round entity and 'releases' you into a refreshing practise of relaxation.
Astanga Trad (Leaded Mysore Style)
The traditional Astanga Vinyasa Yoga begins and ends with a prayer. You feel the energy of the group and connect yourself with it. To experience yourself as part of one bigger entity and remain and learn as an individual at the same time, is the central part of this course. Contemplation and peace with yourself and the breathing movement shall be found and developed here.
Astanga Soul (Mysore Style)
If you practise alone or in a group, the goal of every Yoga student is to deepen his/her own Yoga experience, make it more beautiful, change it and learn to love it, to transform your breathing into a 'meditation in action' and improve it, to invite the body to find and maintain his own intelligence or wisdom and to experience how easy it is to 'do'.
Astanga Lotus
This meditation practise is not very common in the traditional Astanga Vinyasa Yoga. In this course, which may be practised following every other course, the Yoga student practises to become completely still and to let go. To give space to and appreciate the part of us, which is not related to the 'outside world', is an experiment and an experience, developing a deep calmness, serenity and self assurance.
Your essence can extend and recognize the 'essential'.
Astanga Pure
Who wants to learn the second series (Nadi Shodhana), is recommended to practise the first series in the Full Vinyasa mode at least several times. These lessons demand your whole attention and devotion. Afterwards your body understands that ease, endurance and strength blossom only from your breathing and devotion/love.
Yoga Coaching
If you have personal reasons for not taking part in the offered courses, I offer you the possibility to learn this Yoga form in private lessons. In these lessons I will fully regard your personal structure. In a written agreement we will determine a 3-month course schedule regarding your working and everyday life activities.

To read something about Yoga, to deal intellectually with the subject, to learn to understand texts, etc. is everyone's own responsibility. In general, you know more than you think you do. This means, if you do not constantly question everything and use your energy for your Yoga practise, an internal wisdom of yours slowly appears.
